Product Overview

The Electric Wafer Butterfly Valve adopting an integrated structure, the valve is matched with the T9P electric actuator. It can operate by inputting a signal (4-20mA.DC, 0-10V.DC, or 1-5V.DC) and a single-phase power supply. It features strong functionality, compact size, light weight, reliable performance, simple configuration, and large flow capacity. This valve is widely used in industrial automation control systems across industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical engineering, teaching and research equipment, and electric power.

Characteristics :

Minimal Fluid Resistance: Among all valve types, ball valves offer the lowest fluid resistance. Even reduced-port ball valves maintain relatively low resistance to media flow.
Balanced and Flexible Operation: Equipped with forward - acting shaft bearings, the friction torque on the valve stem is reduced, enabling long - term balanced and flexible operation of the stem.
Superior Seat Sealing Performance: The sealing ring, made of materials like PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), features a structure that facilitates easy sealing. Moreover, the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the rise of medium pressure.
Reliable Stem Sealing: As the valve stem only performs rotary motion instead of lifting motion, the packing seal of the stem is not prone to damage. Additionally, its sealing capacity enhances as the medium pressure increases.
Extended Service Life: Materials such as PTFE possess excellent self - lubricating properties, which results in minimal friction loss between the seal and the ball, thereby extending the service life of the ball valve.

A. Product Quality Commitment

1.1 The company guarantees that all supplied products are manufactured using mature processes and qualified materials, conforming to the quality, specifications, and performance requirements stipulated in the contract. 1.2 The warranty period is 18 months, commencing from the date of shipment after successful installation and commissioning. During this period, any deficiencies or product failures arising from design, workmanship, or material defects will be addressed promptly. We will provide free repair or replacement until the product functions normally, and the warranty for the replaced or repaired product will be extended accordingly. Beyond the warranty period, the company provides lifelong maintenance for the supplied products, charging only the cost of replacement parts. 

B. Technology and After-sales service

2.1 On-Site Service
2.1.1 During product installation, commissioning, and the warranty period, we will dispatch experienced engineers to provide professional technical services on-site. 2.1.2 Installation Period: Provide remote technical support guidance as needed and dispatch engineers to supervise installation and offer technical assistance; provide necessary training to ensure users can operate the product proficiently and guide operational tests. 2.1.3 Normal Operation Period: Provide remote technical guidance per customer request. If issues cannot be resolved remotely, service personnel can be dispatched to the site. Lifelong repair services are provided, charging only for parts cost and our personnel's travel expenses, with no labor or advisory fees.
2.2 Technical Service and Documentation
2.2.1 To ensure project quality, we provide relevant documentation for on-site installation(debugging/commissioning), and maintenance. We guarantee the timely delivery of specified technical documents and drawings.
2.2.2 Provide users with complete product installation manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, ensuring delivery of qualified products and first-class service that meets contract requirements. 2.2.3 Promptly provide users with detailed technical information on new products.
2.3 Service Response Timeline (Upon receiving written notification of product quality issues from the customer):
2.3.1 Respond within 4 hours to confirm a solution and provide immediate remote technical guidance.
2.3.2 Arrive on-site within 48 hours if necessary.
2.3.3 If the on-site service is due to product quality reasons, all costs are borne by the company; if not related to product quality, costs are covered by the customer.
2.3.4 For procurement errors caused by the customer, the company will consider replacing the product based on the actual situation.
