Product Overview

The TOP-MZ series electric actuators are used for multi-turn opening and closing of valves and similar products, such as gate valves, globe valves, sluice gates, etc. They are the new generation products independently developed based on our company's existing mature electric actuators. The products are divided into two major types:Normal type and intelligent type. They have the advantages of high precision, compact structure, high protection level, exquisite appearance, stable performance, customizable functions, and modular design. They have absorbed the most advanced technologies of similar products and are developed as a high-performance actuator after optimization and integration by our company. They can meet more different application scenarios and diverse control requirements.

Characteristics :

1. With a simple and compact structure, stable performance and a high protection level. 
 2. With Motor overheating self protection ,open and close overtorgue protection funtion. 
 3. With small torgue when handwheel operation ,saving effort ,light weight. 
 4. With a mature gear and turbine worm gear transmission technology, which features high efficiency, low noise and reliable self-locking function. 
 5. Non-intrusive type that does not require opening the cover plate to set parameters (intelligent type). 
 6. Supports multi-language human-machine interface LCD display such as Chinese and English (intelligent type). 
 7. It features infrared remote control function and optional Bluetooth control function (intelligent type). 
 8. With automatic phase sequence recognition technology, there is no need to consider the phase sequence issue of three-phase power supply connection (intelligent type). 
 9. Five programmable relays can be flexibly configured to meet users' customized needs in various scenarios (intelligent type). 
 10. Multiple protection functions: motor overheating protection,travel limit protection, instantaneous reverse rotation
 protection, etc. (intelligent type). 
 11. To meet the requirements of safety-related applications, an ESD emergency cut-off function (intelligent type) is configured. 
 12. With electronic overtorque display function, it can accurately monitor the torque output status of the electric actuator

A. Product Quality Commitment

1.1 The company guarantees that all supplied products are manufactured using mature processes and qualified materials, conforming to the quality, specifications, and performance requirements stipulated in the contract. We ensure comprehensive and detailed testing of product quality and performance is conducted upon completion to meet all quality standards, accompanied by a product certificate.
1.2 The warranty period is 18 months, commencing from the date of shipment after successful installation and commissioning. During this period, any deficiencies or product failures arising from design, workmanship, or material defects will be addressed promptly. We will provide free repair or replacement until the product functions normally, and the warranty for the replaced or repaired product will be extended accordingly. Beyond the warranty period, the company provides lifelong maintenance for the supplied products, charging only the cost of replacement parts. 

B. Technology and After-sales service

2.1 On-Site Service
2.1.1 During product installation, commissioning, and the warranty period, we will dispatch experienced engineers to provide professional technical services on-site. 2.1.2 Installation Period: Provide remote technical support guidance as needed and dispatch engineers to supervise installation and offer technical assistance; provide necessary training to ensure users can operate the product proficiently and guide operational tests. 2.1.3 Normal Operation Period: Provide remote technical guidance per customer request. If issues cannot be resolved remotely, service personnel can be dispatched to the site. Lifelong repair services are provided, charging only for parts cost and our personnel's travel expenses, with no labor or advisory fees.
2.2 Technical Service and Documentation
2.2.1 To ensure project quality, we provide relevant documentation for on-site installation(debugging/commissioning), and maintenance. We guarantee the timely delivery of specified technical documents and drawings.
2.2.2 Provide users with complete product installation manuals, operation and maintenance manuals, ensuring delivery of qualified products and first-class service that meets contract requirements. 2.2.3 Promptly provide users with detailed technical information on new products.
2.3 Service Response Timeline (Upon receiving written notification of product quality issues from the customer):
2.3.1 Respond within 4 hours to confirm a solution and provide immediate remote technical guidance.
2.3.2 Arrive on-site within 48 hours if necessary.
2.3.3 If the on-site service is due to product quality reasons, all costs are borne by the company; if not related to product quality, costs are covered by the customer.
2.3.4 For procurement errors caused by the customer, the company will consider replacing the product based on the actual situation.
